Scott and I decided to cook a Turkey on Christmas Eve this year. We are both super picky with our turkey so I did research and found a herb roasted turkey recipe that promised to be juicy. It was stuffed with onions and fresh Thyme and placed on a bed of onion, carrots, and celery with lots of salt, pepper, rubbed sage and butter. It was very time consuming but well worth it. We also spent 3 days baking sugar cookies and delivering them to friends and family.
