Tristen ran in the house yesterday after it had been raining for a while and told me there was a lobster in the back yard. I knew what she was talking about because I exterminated some of these "lobsters" in the past. Mudbugs, Crayfish or crawdads. They dig muddy holes in the ground and make a mess. This one became target practice until I had them put it somewhere safe. It was set free in the drainage ditch. (nothing was injured)

This is a good reason for why I don't think I would ever live in Kansas.
Remember how good those things were to eat when we lived in Mississippi? Call me next time and I will bring the crawfish boil!
