This weekend we spent several hours in the ER with Tristen.
After she took a shower she wanted to write I love you
on the foggy mirror. She stepped up on the toilet and then up on
the bathroom counter with wet feet. She fell and cut herself.
She was lucky enough to not have to get stitches. The cut
was about 3/4 in long and about 1/2 in deep, but happened in
a natural crease so it will heal better without stitches. Scott
happened to be working this night and met me at the
ER to comfort Tristen in the event that stitches we needed.
